Kyrgyz. Born in the village of Bash-Kayindy, At-Bashin district, Naryn region.

Graduated from KGMU (1976), postgraduate studies at the Central Research Institute of Tuberculosis of the Ministry of Health of the USSR (1981).

Worked as an assistant, associate professor, head of the department, dean of KGMU, and since 1993 - director of the Republican Center for Continuous Training of Medical and Pharmaceutical Workers and head of the department at KGMA.

Specialist in the field of phthisiatry, pulmonology, and psychiatry.

Published over 100 scientific works, including 4 monographs and 1 textbook.
