Kyrgyz. Born in the village of Tesh-Bulak, Sokuluk District, Chui Region. Graduated from KGMI (1955).
Worked as an assistant at KGMI, head of the department at the KNIIM of Obstetrics and Pediatrics, director of the KNIIM of Resortology and Physiotherapy, director of the IFEPV of the National Academy of Sciences of the Kyrgyz Republic, head of the department at KGMI, chairman of the UMS of the Ministry of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic, director of the KNIIM of Resortology and Rehabilitation, head of the department, professor at KGMA, currently - professor at KRSU.
Specialist in the field of pathological physiology, resortology, and physiotherapy. Awarded the Order of the Red Banner of Labor, Honorary Certificates of the Supreme Soviet of the Kyrgyz SSR, medals of the USSR, and a medal from the MPR.
Honored Scientist of the Kyrgyz Republic (1989). Published more than 260 scientific works, including 16 monographs, 6 inventions, and 1 textbook. Under his supervision, 19 candidate dissertations have been defended.
