Kyrgyz. Born in the village of Ala-Bash, Ton District, Issyk-Kul Region.
Graduated from KGU (1954), postgraduate studies at the Kyrgyz Research Institute of Pedagogy (1963).
Worked as a high school teacher, research associate, head of the sector at the Kyrgyz Research Institute of Pedagogy, associate professor, and since 1992 - professor at the I. Arabayev Kyrgyz State University of Education. Specialist in the methodology of teaching the Kyrgyz language.
Awarded the Order of the Badge of Honor (1978), medal of the USSR (1988).
Published more than 40 scientific works, including 4 monographs, 5 textbooks, and 8 teaching aids.
