Kyrgyz. Born in the village of Kyzyl-Tuu in the Naryn region. Graduated from KSU (1953).
Worked as a deputy director, director of a secondary school, children's home, boarding school, deputy head, head of the school management department of the Ministry of Education, senior lecturer, associate professor at the Institute for Advanced Studies of Teachers, dean of the Faculty of Postgraduate Education, vice-rector for school-university relations, and since 1993 - professor at BGU.
Specialist in the field of theory and history of pedagogy. Awarded the Order of the Badge of Honor, medals of the USSR, and a Certificate of Honor from the Supreme Soviet of the Kyrgyz SSR. Honored Teacher of the USSR and the Kyrgyz Republic. Published over 100 scientific works, including 7 monographs.
