Kyrgyz. Born in the village of Ak-Beshim, Chui District, Chui Region. Graduated from the Kyrgyz State Pedagogical Institute (1950), postgraduate studies at KSU and MSU.
Worked as an associate professor at the Teacher Training Institute, associate professor at KSU, head of the department at OGP Institute, deputy director of the Institute of Philosophy and Law of the Academy of Sciences of the Kyrgyz SSR, professor at BGU.
Specialist in the history of philosophy and social philosophy. Awarded the medal of the USSR. Published over 40 scientific works, including 4 monographs. Under his supervision, 1 doctoral and 15 candidate dissertations were defended.
