Kyrgyz. Born in the village of Kum-Aryk, Panfilov District, Chui Region.
Graduated from KSAHI (1972), postgraduate studies at the Kyrgyz Research Institute of Animal Husbandry (1977).
Worked as a junior researcher, senior researcher at the Kyrgyz Research Institute of Animal Husbandry, assistant, associate professor, chairman of the combined trade union committee, senior researcher at KSAHI, and since 1993 - head of the department at KAA.
Specialist in the field of epizootiology and microbiology.
Published more than 100 scientific works, including 10 teaching aids, 2 textbooks, and 3 inventions.
