Idrisova Cholpon Musakeevna
Art historian. Born on November 19, 1960, in the Kant district of Chuy region.
In 1984, she graduated from the S.A. Chuykov Kyrgyz State Art College and in 1993 from the I.E. Repin St. Petersburg State Academic Institute of Painting, Sculpture and Architecture, Faculty of Theory and History of Fine Arts. From 1994 to 1995, she worked in the Artistic Expeditionary Commission of the Ministry of Culture of the Kyrgyz Republic, and then taught at the S.A. Chuykov Kyrgyz State Art College.
Since 1999, she has been a member of the Union of Artists of the Kyrgyz Republic. Idrisova possesses an art-historical culture, a broad outlook, and maturity of thought. In articles dedicated to personal exhibitions, she is able to accurately and precisely characterize the creative individuality of the authors and highlight the subtle nuances of the imagery and stylistic structure of the paintings.
