Graduated from Kirgosped Institute (1947).
Worked as a teacher, director of a secondary school, head of the district education department, head of the Osh regional education department, director of the "Mektep" publishing house, chief editor of the "El agartuu" magazine, senior lecturer, head of the department, acting professor at KGNU, and since 1996 - associate professor, professor, head of the department of IPPKK at KGNU. Specialist in the methodology of teaching the Kyrgyz language.
Awarded medals from the USSR, Certificate of Honor from the Supreme Soviet of the Kyrgyz SSR.
Honored Worker of Public Education of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Published over 190 scientific works, including 8 monographs and 4 textbooks.
Under his supervision, 2 candidate dissertations have been defended.
