Graduated from Frunze Financial and Economic Technical School (1960), KSU (1965), postgraduate studies at the Moscow Economic and Statistical Institute (1970).
Worked as an accountant at the Frunze Milling Plant, economist at the Ministry of Procurement of the Kyrgyz SSR, teacher, senior teacher, associate professor, deputy dean at KGNU, head of the department at KSHI, chief accountant of a state farm, head of a group, head of a sector, head of a department, deputy director for science at the Kyrgyz Research Institute of Agricultural Economics of the Ministry of Agriculture, head of the department at the Academy of Agricultural Management, head of the department, dean, professor, senior researcher at KAA, head of the department, and since 2000 - professor at IPPKK KGNU.
Specialist in the field of accounting. Awarded medals of the USSR.
Published over 40 scientific works, including 3 monographs and 6 textbooks.
Under his supervision, 3 candidate dissertations have been defended.
