Kyrgyz. Born in the village of Chots-Debe, Jumgal District, Naryn Region.
Graduated from KGU (1972).
Worked as a junior researcher at the Institute of Physics and Mathematics of the Academy of Sciences of the Kirghiz SSR, senior lecturer, associate professor, head of the department, dean, vice-rector of KGNU, and since 1998 - vice-rector for science and new educational technologies, head of the Department of Higher Mathematics at KGPU named after I. Arabayev.
Specialist in the field of differential equations, functional analysis of ill-posed problems in mathematical physics. Academician of the Academy of Pedagogical and Social Sciences of the Russian Federation (1998).
Awarded with a Certificate of Honor from the KR. More than 100 scientific works published, including 2 monographs and 3 textbooks.
Under his supervision, 3 candidate dissertations have been defended.
