Azerbaijani. Born in the village of Charal, Akhaltsikhe District, Republic of Georgia.

Graduated from KSU (1962), postgraduate studies at the Faculty of Physics and Mathematics (1965).

Worked as a lecturer, senior lecturer, associate professor, head of the Department of Physics and Mathematics, professor at KTU, professor and head of the Department of KRСU, professor at Firat University (Elazig, Turkey), professor and education coordinator, head of the EN department, and since 2001 - director of the Institute of Natural Sciences at KTU "Manas".

Specialist in the field of mathematical theory of optimal systems, differential equations, and mathematical physics. Awarded medals from the USSR.

Published over 100 scientific works, including 1 monograph and 14 educational and methodological manuals.
