Zhumash Mamytov

Mamytov Jumash (1935),

Kyrgyz. Born in the village of Ichke-Bulun, Jety-Oguz District.
Graduated from KGU (1958), and completed postgraduate studies there (1963).
Worked as a senior lecturer, associate professor at the Osh State Pedagogical Institute, associate professor, head of the department, acting professor, and since 1990 - professor at the K.Tynystanov Institute of Humanities. Specialist in the field of lexicology of the Kyrgyz language and the language of fiction.
Awarded medals from the USSR and the Kyrgyz Republic. More than 40 scientific works published, including 1 monograph, 5 textbooks and teaching aids.
Under his supervision, 2 candidate dissertations have been defended.
