Kyrgyz. Born in the village of Terek-Suu, Kara-Kulja district, Osh region.
Graduated from OGPI (1967).
Worked as a teacher in secondary school, lecturer, senior lecturer at the Osh Evening Faculty of FPI, head of the department, associate professor at OshGU, associate professor, professor at OshTU, and since 1997 - director of the Uzgen Institute of Technology and Education at OshTU.
Specialist in the field of general, Russian, and comparative linguistics. More than 70 scientific works published.
Under his supervision, 2 candidate dissertations have been defended.
