Kyrgyz. Born in the city of Karakol, Karakol District, Issyk-Kul Region. Graduated from KGMI (1982), doctoral studies at the National Center for Obstetrics, Gynecology, and Perinatology of RAMN (Moscow, 1996).
Worked as a junior researcher, senior researcher, head of the perinatology department at the Kyrgyz Research Institute of Obstetrics and Pediatrics, professor at KRSU, and since 1997 - deputy director for science at KNIIAiP. Specialist in obstetrics, gynecology, and perinatology.
Published more than 50 scientific works, including 4 textbooks. Under her supervision, 5 candidate dissertations have been defended.
