Graduated from KGMI (1962), and completed postgraduate studies there (1965).

Worked as an assistant and associate professor at KGMI, and since 1990 - head of the department at KGMA.

Specialist in the field of psychiatry and clinical psychology.

Awarded the "World Award for Achievements" by the American Biographical Institute (2001), "Great Minds of the 21st Century" (USA, 2001), "For Scientific Achievements in the 21st Century" by the International Biographical Centre (Cambridge).

Honored Doctor of the Kyrgyz Republic.

Published more than 260 scientific works, including 5 monographs, 2 textbooks, and 9 inventions.

Under his supervision, 15 candidate dissertations have been defended.
