Graduated from KGMI (1985), postgraduate studies at the Research Institute of Pediatrics of the USSR Academy of Medical Sciences (Moscow, 1990), doctoral studies there and at the Kyrgyz Research Institute of Preventive and Medical Ecology (1996). Worked as a senior researcher, leading researcher, deputy director of the Kyrgyz Research Institute of Preventive and Medical Ecology, deputy director of the Kyrgyz Research Institute of Resortology, and since 1998 - acting director of the Kyrgyz Research Institute of Epidemiology and Medical Ecology.

Specialist in the field of pediatrics. Published more than 40 scientific works, including 1 monograph.
