Russian. Born in Tashkent, Uzbek SSR. Graduated from KGMU (1978), postgraduate studies at the Research Institute of Pediatrics of the USSR Academy of Medical Sciences (Moscow, 1985). Worked as a clinical resident at KGMU, pediatrician, junior researcher, senior researcher, head of department, head of the resuscitation and consulting center, leading specialist, head of the department at KNIIAiP, dean, and since 1999 - director of the Center for Postgraduate Education at KGMA. Specialist in pediatrics. Published more than 70 scientific works, including 1 monograph.
Under his supervision, 3 candidate dissertations have been defended.
