Kyrgyz. Born in the village of Jal in the Nookat District of Osh Region.

Graduated from the Kyzyl-Kiya Medical School (1966), KGMU (1976).

Worked as the head of the health post at the motor transport enterprise, head of the paramedic station, surgeon, chief physician of the medical unit, neurotraumatologist, head of the department, chief neurosurgeon of Osh, dean, associate professor, and since 1999 - head of the department at Osh State University. Specialist in the field of traumatology. Corresponding member of the International Integrative Anthropology (1998).

Published more than 70 scientific works, including 1 textbook, 10 educational and methodological manuals.

Under his supervision, 2 candidate dissertations have been defended.
