Kyrgyz. Born in the village of Toluk, Toktogul district, Osh region.
Graduated from KGMI (1959), postgraduate studies. Worked as a surgeon, assistant, associate professor, and professor at the Department of Hospital Surgery at KGMA; since 1999 - head of the residency, postgraduate, and doctoral department at NHC. Specialist in abdominal and endocrine surgery, and burn treatment. Awarded medals of the USSR.
Honored Doctor of the Kyrgyz Republic (1997). Published over 100 scientific works, including 3 monographs and 4 textbooks.
