Ovchinnikova Natalia Ivanovna
Painter. Born on May 30, 1960, in the city of Frunze. In 1977, she graduated from the Frunze Art College.
Since 1977, she worked at the Art Fund of the Kyrgyz SSR, then as a decorator and teacher of visual arts at the K. Zhakypov Palace of Pioneers.
In 1993, she graduated from the Kyrgyz State Pedagogical University named after I. Arabayev, specializing as a teacher-psychologist, methodologist.
Since 1987, she has been working at the Republican Educational and Methodological Center for Aesthetic Education, teaching visual arts. Since 2003, she has been a member of the Union of Artists of the USSR.
Participant in republican and international exhibitions. Excellent worker of public education.
