Baigaziev Asankul
Painter, graphic artist. Born on June 8, 1952, in the village of Orshchor, Ogyz District. In 1972, he graduated from Frunze Art College and in 1978 from the V.D. Surikov Moscow State Institute, workshop of T. Salahov.
Since 1988, he has been a member of the Union of Artists of the Kyrgyz Republic.
In the artist's painting, there is a rational realistic element and a desire to express the social issues of his era. In graphic art, non-objective avant-garde art dominates, playing with lines, spots, and textures, harmoniously rhythmized into abstract images.
Participant in national and international exhibitions. His works are kept in the Kyrgyz National Museum of Fine Arts named after G. Aitiev, as well as in museums of the CIS and in private collections abroad.
