Dzhaliyev Ulan Batyrovich
Painter. Born on December 29, 1962, in the city of Frunze. In 1982, he graduated from the Kyrgyz State Art College named after S.A. Chuykov and in 1990 - from the Art Institute named after Zhurgenov in Almaty.
Since 1984, he has been working at the Art Fund of the city of Osh.
Since 1996, he has been a member of the Union of Artists of the Kyrgyz Republic. Participant in republican, regional, and international exhibitions.
