Painter. Born on February 5, 1965, in the city of Frunze. In 1986, he graduated from the Kyrgyz State Art College named after S.A. Chuykov.

Since 2003 - a member of the Union of Artists of the Kyrgyz Republic. Participant in republican exhibitions.
