Ismanzhanov Akbar Anvarzhanovich
Candidate of Legal Sciences. Born in 1980. Graduated from Osh Technological University with a degree in "Jurisprudence".
In 2006, he defended his dissertation and obtained the degree of Candidate of Legal Sciences in the field of information law.
Currently, he is the head of the Department of "Natural-Technical and Humanitarian Disciplines" at the Kyrgyz-Russian Faculty of the Kyrgyz-Uzbek University.
He has published 16 scientific articles, 2 monographs, electronic textbooks, and manuals.
He received a certificate from Stanford University for "Innovative Methods for Solving Problems in Teaching" and a certificate from the U.S. Congress for "Comprehensive Measures for the Preliminary Protection of Intellectual Works".
He is the author of new developments for ensuring and protecting the rights of information rights holders in telecommunications networks.
