Dzhorobekov Abdylas Dzhorobekovich
Doctor of Medical Sciences, Professor. Born in 1951. Graduated from the Faculty of Medicine of the Kyrgyz State Medical Academy, postgraduate studies at the A.V. Vishnevsky Institute of Surgery of the USSR Academy of Medical Sciences (Moscow).
In 1987, he defended his dissertation for the degree of Candidate of Medical Sciences on the topic: "Diagnosis and Surgical Treatment of Purulent Cholangitis".
In 1997, he defended his dissertation for the degree of Doctor of Medical Sciences on the topic: "Improvement of Diagnosis, Surgical Tactics, and Methods of Liver Resection in Focal Diseases".
Professor of the Department of Faculty Surgery at KSMU.
Specialization - surgery of the liver, bile ducts, and pancreas.
He was a full member of the surgeons-hepatologists of the CIS countries (Moscow, Russia), a full member of the World Association of Surgeons (Zurich, Switzerland).
Author of more than 120 scientific works, 3 monographs, and 12 inventions.

2. Method for treating liver cysts. Preliminary patent of the Kyrgyz Republic No. 218, 1997.
3. Method for obtaining apyrogenic echinococcal antigen for intradermal allergic reaction. Patent under the responsibility of the applicant of the Kyrgyz Republic No. 754, 2005.
4. Method for surgical treatment of pancreonecrosis. Patent under the responsibility of the applicant of the Kyrgyz Republic No. 941, 2007.
5. Method for surgical treatment of pancreatic cysts. Patent under the responsibility of the applicant of the Kyrgyz Republic No. 1014, 2008.
