Graduated from Leningrad State University and Kyrgyz State University (1977), postgraduate studies at the P.N. Lebedev Physical Institute of the USSR Academy of Sciences (Moscow, 1981).

Worked as a research intern at the Physical Institute of the USSR Academy of Sciences (Moscow), junior and senior researcher at the Institute of Physics and Mathematics of the Kyrgyz SSR Academy of Sciences, senior lecturer, head of the department since 1986, and professor at KGNU since 1996.

Specialist in the field of physical and quantum electronics.

Published more than 130 scientific works, including 11 author certificates and 3 textbooks.

Under his supervision, 6 candidate dissertations have been defended.
