Worked as a teacher in secondary school, methodologist at the Republican Institute for Advanced Teacher Training, researcher, head of sector, head of department at the Kyrgyz Research Institute of Pedagogy, associate professor at KGU, head of the department at KGPU named after I. Arabayev, head of the department at KGNU, and since 2001 - deputy director of the Central Department of Education at KGNU. Specialist in the field of didactics.
Academician of the Russian Academy of Pedagogical and Social Sciences (2000). Under his supervision, 2 candidate dissertations have been defended. Published more than 110 scientific works, including 2 monographs and 13 educational and methodological manuals.
