Kyrgyz. Born in the village of Kurmenty, Tyup District, Issyk-Kul Region. Graduated from K.S. Skrjabin Agricultural Institute (1972), postgraduate studies there (1977).
Worked as a senior laboratory assistant, veterinary pathologist, assistant, associate professor, deputy dean, senior researcher, and since 1992 - head of the department at K.A.U. named after K.S. Skrjabin. Specialist in veterinary pulmonomorphology and pathomorphology. More than 70 scientific works published.
Under his supervision, 2 candidate dissertations have been defended.
