Doctor of Philological Sciences, Professor (1967).
Kyrgyz. Born in the village of Zhardy-Suu, Moscow District, Chui Region.
Graduated from Kirgosped Institute (1949).
Worked as a teacher, director, deputy director of a secondary school, inspector of the regional education department, inspector of the Ministry of Education of the Republic, lecturer, senior lecturer, associate professor, and professor at KGNU.
Specialist in the field of linguistics and philology.
Awarded the Order of the Patriotic War and medals of the USSR.
Published over 40 scientific works, including several textbooks.
Under his supervision, 12 candidate dissertations were defended.
