Kyrgyz. Born in the village of Karagay-Bulak, Kant District, Frunze Region.

Graduated from Kirgospedinstitute (1950).

Worked as a junior and senior researcher, professor at KSHI, leading researcher at the Institute of History of the National Academy of Sciences of the Kyrgyz Republic. Specialist in the field of agrarian history of Kyrgyzstan.

Awarded medals of the USSR.

Published over 100 scientific works, including 8 monographs.

Under his supervision, the first candidate dissertation was defended.
