Tatar. Born in the village of Bishmuncha, Tatar ASSR.

Graduated from Kirgospedinstitute (1947).

Worked as a researcher at the Institute of History of the Academy of Sciences of the Kirghiz SSR from 1955 to 1987.

Specialist in the history of Kyrgyzstan.

Awarded medals of the USSR.

Published more than 50 scientific works.

Under his supervision, 1 candidate dissertation was defended.
