Kyrgyz. Born in the city of Przhevalsk.
Graduated from the Kyrgyz State Pedagogical Institute (1951), postgraduate studies at the Academy of Social Sciences under the Central Committee of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union (1962). Worked as a lecturer at the institute, responsible secretary, editor of "Mugalimder gazetasy," head of the department at the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Kyrgyzstan and the Council of Ministers of the Kyrgyz SSR, senior research fellow, head of the sector of the party's Institute at the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Kyrgyzstan, editor of the editorial board of the republican publication "Memory."
Specialist in the field of party building and the history of Kyrgyzstan.
Awarded the Order of the Patriotic War, medals of the USSR, and certificates of honor from the Supreme Soviet of the Kyrgyz SSR.
Published more than 100 scientific works.
