Kyrgyz. Born in the village of Jerge-Tal in the Tian Shan region of Naryn Province.
Graduated from KGU (1957), postgraduate studies there as well.
Worked as a lecturer, head of the department at KGU, deputy chief editor, and chief editor of the Main Editorial Board of the Kirghiz Soviet Encyclopedia.
Specialist in the field of philosophy and sociological research on national relations in the USSR.
A school in the village of Jerge-Tal in the Tian Shan region of Naryn Province is named after him.
Published more than 100 scientific works, including 9 books.
Under his supervision, 8 candidate dissertations were defended.
