Kazakh. Born in the village of Syntash, Zhambyl District, Zhambyl Region.

Graduated from the Kyrgyz State Pedagogical Institute (1939), postgraduate studies at the Institute of Economics of the Academy of Sciences of the USSR (Moscow, 1960).

Worked as an associate professor, dean, head of the department, and professor at KSU.

Specialist in the field of philology. More than 160 scientific works published.

Under his supervision, 1 doctoral and 25 candidate dissertations were defended.
