Worked as Deputy Chairman of the Frunze City Executive Committee, Chairman of the Kemin District Executive Committee, Deputy Chairman of the Frunze Regional Executive Committee, Associate Professor, Professor, Head of Department, Professor of the Department of History and Political Science at KSHI, Professor at the Islamic Institute.

Specialist in the history of agriculture in Kyrgyzstan.

Awarded medals of the USSR (10).

Published over 140 scientific works, including 6 monographs.
