Approval of the Planning and Development Project for the City of Frunze. Document No. 209 (June 1958)

City of Frunze June 27, 1958.

The Council of Ministers of the Kyrgyz SSR resolves:

1. To approve the master plan for the city of Frunze, developed by the All-Union Institute "Gorstroyproekt" of the State Construction Committee of the USSR (author architect Smolitsky A.S.), discussed and approved at the session of the Frunze City Council of Workers' Deputies and the Plenary of the City Party Committee.

2. To approve the main provisions of the planning and construction project for the city according to Appendix No. 1, taking into account the recommendations outlined in Appendix No. 2.

3. To oblige the executive committee of the Frunze City Council of Workers' Deputies to strictly adhere to the approved master plan in further planning and construction of the city.

4. To assign all further design work on detailed planning and construction of the city of Frunze to the design institute "Kyrgyzgiprostroy" of the Ministry of Construction of the Kyrgyz SSR.
