DECISION OF THE EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE OF THE FRUNZE CITY COUNCIL OF WORKING DEPUTIES ON THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE LARGE CHUI CANAL
Frunze, May 1, 1942.
1. To propose to the Chairmen of the District Executive Committees to travel to the site within two days, familiarize themselves with the work, and take direct part in organizing the workforce, providing housing, food, and tools.
2. To assign the "Obshchepit" trust and the Brewery to provide food and soft drinks for those working on the construction of the BChK.
3. To propose to the City Industrial Combine and the Chairmen of the District Executive Committees to take into account those in need of shoe repairs from the allocated comrades at the BChK. The City Industrial Combine shall carry out shoe repairs for those departing for the construction of the BChK out of turn, based on the referrals from the District Executive Committees.
4. To request the BChK Construction Management to ensure the construction of barracks for housing workers at the main construction site by May 18, 1942, and to provide the necessary equipment and transportation.
