RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF PEOPLE'S COMMISSARS OF THE KYRGYZ SSR "ON THE CONSTRUCTION OF A MONUMENT TO THE HERO OF THE PATRIOTIC WAR GENERAL PANFILOV"

Frunze, April 3, 1942

In accordance with the permission of the SNK of the USSR, in addition to the resolution of the SNK of the Kyrgyz SSR dated November 23, 1941, No. 1123, the Council of People's Commissars of the Kyrgyz SSR resolves:
1. To approve for 1942, according to the plan for extrabudgetary capital investments, the allocation of 150,000 rubles from the republican budget for the construction of a monument in Frunze to the Hero of the Patriotic War, General Panfilov.

2. To assign the construction of the monument to the City Council of Workers' Deputies of Frunze. To obligate the City Council of Workers' Deputies to complete the construction of the monument by May 15 of this year.
