Kyrgyz. Born in the village of Ak-Debe, Jeti-Oguz District, Issyk-Kul Region.
Graduated from KGU (1952), and completed postgraduate studies there (1962).
Worked as a teacher, school principal, lecturer, senior lecturer, associate professor, head of department, and since 1992 - professor at Issyk-Kul State University.
Specialist in the field of syntax of the Kyrgyz language.
Awarded the medal "Labor Veteran" (1986), Honorary Certificate from the President of the Kyrgyz Republic (1991).
Published more than 110 scientific works.
