Kyrgyz. Born in the village of Kazybek, At-Bashinsky District, Naryn Region.

Graduated from KSU (1959), postgraduate studies (1965).

Worked as a teacher, senior teacher, associate professor, head of the department at KSU, head of the department, professor at KGMI, head of the directorate, professor at UTSPSIYAKT KGPU named after I. Arabayev.

Specialist in the methodology of teaching foreign languages.

Published more than 60 scientific works, including 5 monographs, 31 textbooks and teaching aids.
