Kyrgyz. Born in the village of Kedei-Aryk, Suzak district, Jalal-Abad region. Graduated from OGPi (1972), postgraduate studies at the Kyrgyz Research Institute of Pedagogy, doctoral studies at the Institute of Education in St. Petersburg (1994). Worked as a teacher, senior teacher, associate professor, head of the department at OGPi, professor, head of the department, vice-rector of OshTU, and since 2001 - director of the educational-methodological complex "University-School" at OshGU.
Specialist in the field of didactics and methodology of teaching physics. Academician of the International Academy of Sciences of Ecology, Human Safety and Labor (1997), Academy of Pedagogical and Social Sciences of the Russian Federation (1998).
Awarded the Honorary Certificate of the Kyrgyz Republic (2001). More than 120 scientific works published, including 4 monographs. Under his supervision, 2 candidate dissertations have been defended.
