Kyrgyz. Born in the village of Irenzhit, Aksy District, Jalal-Abad Region. Graduated from KGU (1952), and completed postgraduate studies there (1956).
Worked as an assistant, lecturer, senior lecturer, associate professor, head of department, dean of KGU, rector of OGP, head of the management of higher and secondary specialized educational institutions of the Ministry of Education of the Kyrgyz SSR, vice-rector of FPI, dean, associate professor, and since 1999 - professor of the Department of Theoretical Physics at KNU. Specialist in the field of field theory and theoretical physics.
Awarded medals of the USSR, Honorary Certificate of the Supreme Soviet of the Kyrgyz SSR (1983). Honored Worker of Education of the Kyrgyz Republic (1999). Published over 70 scientific works, including 3 textbooks and educational aids.
