Dzhishambaev Ernest Dzhumakadyrovich (1958), Doctor of Medical Sciences (2001).

Kyrgyz. Born in the village of Kirovo, Issyk-Ata District, Chui Region. Graduated from KGMI (1981), postgraduate studies at the All-Union Cardiology Research Center of the USSR Academy of Medical Sciences (Moscow, 1986).

Worked as a clinical resident, junior researcher, and senior researcher at the Cardiology Research Institute of the Ministry of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic, and since 1996 has been the head of the department at the National Center for Cardiology and Therapy of the Ministry of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic. Specialist in the field of arrhythmology and clinical electrophysiology of the heart. Published over 60 scientific works, including 1 monograph.
