Kyrgyz. Born in the village of Kochkorka, Naryn region. Graduated from KGMI (1971), postgraduate studies there (1976).

Worked as a clinical resident, surgeon at the City Clinical Hospital No. 3 in Bishkek, assistant, associate professor, and since 1996 - professor of the Department of Pediatric Surgery at KGMA.

Specialist in pediatric surgery. Published more than 120 scientific works, including 1 monograph and 9 textbooks.

Under his supervision, 2 candidate dissertations have been defended.
