Kyrgyz. Born in the village of Shumkar, Talas District, Talas Region.
Graduated from the Leningrad Technological Institute of Refrigeration Industry (1970), postgraduate studies at the Leningrad Institute of Textile and Light Industry (1974). Worked as an assistant at KGU, lecturer at the Leningrad Institute of Precision Mechanics and Optics, senior researcher at the LTI, lecturer, senior lecturer, associate professor at the FPI, head of the department, senior researcher, and since 1996 - professor at KGNU. Specialist in the field of mechanics, dynamics of mechanisms and machines.
Honorary Professor of Peking University, Honorary Academician of the International Public Aitmatov Academy (1996). Academician of the National Academy of Sciences of the Kyrgyz Republic, MIA (1998).
Awarded the Henri Davidson Medal for Humanity and Compassion, International UNITI Award in the field of charity under the auspices of UNESCO.
Published over 70 scientific works, including 6 textbooks and teaching aids. Under her supervision, 4 candidate dissertations have been defended.
