Kyrgyz. Born in the village of Otuuz-Uul, Ak-Suu District, Issyk-Kul Region.
Graduated from KGU (1961), postgraduate studies at the FTI of the USSR Academy of Sciences (Leningrad, 1968).
Worked as a high school teacher, assistant at the FPI, engineer at the branch of FTI (Gatchina), senior lecturer at LVVTCU (Leningrad), senior researcher at the Bishkek branch of VNIIM, associate professor at FPI, head of the laboratory at VNIIM, associate professor, head of the department, professor at KGNU, professor at CU, since 2000 - professor at TU "Dastan".
Specialist in the field of semiconductor physics, condensed matter physics, and optics. Published more than 80 scientific works, including 2 monographs, 1 invention, 1 dictionary, and 5 textbooks.
Under his supervision, 3 candidate dissertations have been defended.
