RESOLUTION OF THE KIRGHIZ REGIONAL COMMITTEE OF THE VKP(b) "ON THE ORGANIZATION AND CONSTRUCTION OF A SCULPTURE WORKSHOP"
Frunze October 11, 1936
1. In order to unite the sculptors of the city of Frunze and provide them with the opportunity to work systematically - to organize a sculpture workshop under the Construction Trust.
2. To instruct the Council of People's Commissars of the Kirghiz ASSR to allocate 10,000 rubles to the Kirghiz Construction Trust for the construction of the workshop and ensure this construction with a limit.
3. To obligate the Kirghiz Construction Trust to complete the construction of the workshop within the current year.
4. To obligate the State Planning Committee to provide the necessary construction materials for the construction of the workshop.
