EXTRACT FROM THE PROTOCOL OF THE MEETING OF THE COUNCIL OF PEOPLE'S COMMISSARS OF THE KYRGYZ ASSR ON THE CONSTRUCTION OF A MONUMENT TO V.I. LENIN IN FRUNZE

Frunze, January 23, 1935.

Heard: §15. On the construction of the Lenin monument.
(City Council, Comrades Tereshchenko and Prorabstroy). Resolved: To send a telegram to Comrade Isakeev requesting to secure the inclusion in the title list of capital construction for 1935 in the Council of People's Commissars of the RSFSR for the completion of the construction of the Lenin monument in Frunze with an estimated cost of 200 thousand rubles, including the already spent 50 thousand rubles.
