I request you to hasten the sending of one hundred rubles (100 rub.), donated by you on the subscription list for the erection of a monument to the late EMPEROR ALEXANDER III, the Great Peacemaker, in Moscow, in order to deposit this money into the local Treasury. You are to sign the second copy of this summons, which should be sent to the district administration. January 18, 1895.
