Expressing my sincere gratitude to you for your assistance in the successful development and prosperity of the orphanage cause in the region entrusted to me, which has manifested itself in your donation of 110 rubles for the needs of the first Verny children's orphanage and your expressed desire to donate one hundred rubles annually for the same purpose, I consider it a pleasant duty to inform you, Most Gracious Sir, that such diligent assistance in the needs of the institution, which provides a kind shelter for defenseless orphans and helpless poor children, grants you the right, based on § 23 of the regulation on Turkestan children's orphanages approved by the Chief Governor of the Region, to the title of member-benefactor of the Verny Orphanage Committee. Therefore, I find it necessary to attach to this letter extracts from the aforementioned Regulation regarding the rights of Benefactor Members, as well as a list of the personal composition of the Verny Committee of Public Children's Orphanages.
